Shipping & Returns

Shipping and handling are not included unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Title to products passes from Ricochet Concepts to Customer on shipment from the distribution facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Ricochet Concepts is Ricochet Concepts responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during the shipping by a carrier selected by the manufacturer the manufacturer will remain responsible. You must notify Ricochet Concepts within 15 days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Unless you provide Ricochet Concepts with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and the Product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. Shipping dates are estimates only. Title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s).

Ricochet Concepts uses either the United States Post Office or United Parcel Service calculators for the rates to determine the shipping cost of items.

STANDARD DELIVERY
In stock items usually ship the next business day. Most items should arrive within 5 to 10 business days unless the item is out of stock.

EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTIONS
Express delivery service is available for third or second business day. Respective rate charges will apply for Express Services in addition to the Standard Delivery Charges while using Eastern Standard Time. Bulk orders for groups will have the shipping costs provided along with the job quotation.
